Remote automated water temperature monitoring

So super simple

A Legionella Risk Assessment & HSE regulations stipulates that you must regularly monitor your water temperatures. That's because Legionella bacteria multiply best within a specific temperature range. To reduce the risk of Legionella bacteria, you must keep your waters outside the unsafe range and demonstrate that you've monitored and recorded the temperatures of your water.

We make that a whole lot easier. How? By automating it for you!

Instead of needing to manually hold a probe to measure water temperatures, we can install smart probes to your pipework.  Smart probes take water temperatures at regular intervals and send data to a secure system where your Legionella compliance reports are created automatically for you each month. Told you it was a whole lot easier with us!

Where automating water temperature monitoring pays the most

Buildings where high-risk or large numbers of people attend are most likely to need regular water temperature monitoring as part of full Legionella compliance. Water temperature monitoring is one type of action that might be outlined in a Legionella risk assessment. High-risk people include the young, elderly and people with existing health concerns, especially those with respiratory or kidney issues.

FAQ

How much does it cost?

The cost of automating your water temperature monioting will depend on the size and complexity of your water system. Prices start from £65 a month for a small water system including the reports needed each month for Legionella compliance.

What’s included in the price?

In your monthly price, you get a full service, not just the probes needed for remote water temperature monitoring. The probes needed, the installation, monthly reports for Legionella compliance, an annual check (what else??). You also get access to a team of Legionella experts who can point you in the right direction for the rest of your Legionella compliance.

How long does it take to set up?

The time to set up will depend on how many probes there are to install and calibrate. When we provide you with a quote then we can also let you know how long we will need to be at your site or in your building. Typically set-up for a small system will take XX hours and installation of a large site may take a day or more.

How often do I need to check things?

You don’t. That’s the beauty of working with us. We’ll keep an eye on things for you! Your water temperatures will be monitored by the probes and any out of range temperatures will be reported to you. All your reports are sent to you once a month.  And we even keep an eye on the battery life of the probes for you. You won’t need to check a thing.

What's included in the reports?

You’ll receive your report once a month. It includes data from the previous month to show that your water temperatures were within a safe range. WHAT ELSE?
